Lucifer is a good Beligain Strong Pale Ale. The beer’s origins were from the mid 1980s under the Liefmans Breweries. Het Anker has acquired the right to produce it. It pours into the glass with a cloudy orange-ish amber with a vigorous head. The bubbles are small and there is a lot of head retention. I had to wait and let it settle once before pouring the balance of the bottle. The scent it of sweet pears, bananas, and spicy cloves. T
The mouth feel is pleasant and the smell fulfills its destiny in the mouth with tart sweet fruit delivery and spicy balance.
